RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to love your jewelry! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we are more than happy to exchange or refund your order. Please email us at email@example.com to notify us of your intent to return or exchange your piece and we will provide you will detailed instructions as to how to proceed. Please note that there are no refunds on shipping costs and you are responsible for the shipping and insurance costs when returning any items. Additionally, all items must be returned in their original condition.
We stand behind the quality of our work and want you to be able to wear and enjoy your piece for years to come. We offer a 1-year warranty on all of our pieces. If it has been longer than a year or the damage is a result of undue wear and tear, a small repair fee may be charged. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any repair inquiries.
